I’m in my first year teaching at and helping create Girls Athletic Leadership School in Denver, CO. I teach 6th Grade Math and journalism using an Expeditionary Learning approach. Our goal is to promote health and wellness as well as academic success in a single-gender environment so as to create change on a community-wide level. I previously taught at Martha Washington K-8 in West Philadelphia.
